iPad Air - problems with "all books" "only selected books" synchronization

iPad Air; Mac Mini with Yosemite 10.10.3; iTunes 12.1.2.27. On iTunes I flag the option "synchronize all books" on iPad (68 books). Ok. Next day, when I re-open PC and start iTunes, I find it ALWAYS turned on "synch only selected books" (always the same 52). WHY???? 😕😟
