2 Apple I.D.s

Hi there

I currently have 2 Apple I.D.s the first was used when I had an iPhone and has not been used in along time although it is still active.

The second I created when i purchased my iMac and iPad forgetting I had already an active Apple I.D.

My question is, I purchased quite a few apps/songs etc using my original I.D. is it possible to some how transfer these purchases to my current I.D. so I can use them on my iMac/iPad?
