Why am I unable to upload an iMovie to Youtube/Facebook but I was able to a week ago?

I've made several trailers and movies in iMovie and have been able to upload them across social media platforms for some time. The last two days; however, I have been unsuccessful. When I attempt to upload to Youtube, I receive a message that says it was unsuccessful because it was the wrong format. It is an mpeg-4 which is one of the supported formats according to the website. I'm needing help with this please.
