So, I've recently upgraded to 10.2 and I noticed that snapping no longer works within the viewer window. I used to use the yellow guidelines within viewer to center and align objects, but objects no longer snap to these lines. The yellow lines still show up in my viewer window, but they act passively instead of actively snapping.
Can anyone explain to me how to fix this?

It depends how you're dragging it. If you have the target button active, and drag using that, images will snap. Same with a title if the target is active and you drag with it, you'll get snapping.
What do you mean by the target button? I've tried this with text, titles and images and it does not snap. I have snapping enabled and am not holding command when I move these objects.

Sheesh, it has taken me days to figure out how to activate the center button and layer boundary markers in the viewer display. DAYS!
There's a little dropdown thingy in the lower left corner.
