Q: Apple Pay Problems

When I got my iPhone 6 I set up apple pay and it worked like a charm at our local grocery store - used it several times. But since the last software upgrade 8.3 I have not been able to get it to work with any store.

I've tried to use it at every store that has the option to use apple pay and I just get the "hold near reader to pay" and nothing happens.

Take the phone to an Apple Store, they can run a diagnostic which includes checking the NFC hardware that Apple Pay relies on. Make an appointment first: https://getsupport.apple.com/GetproductgroupList.action

Have you tried rebooting your iPhone 6? Hold down the home button and sleep/wake button at the same time and wait for the white Apple logo to appear. Then release.
