After started bootcamp and selected the win8.1 iso file, bootcamp started to copy the files to a empty usb stck.
After waited 10 min at least, there is an error. I have tried several usb stick.
What could be the error here?

2. Can you check if Apple.com does not have invalid entries in /etc/hosts and /private/etc/hosts?

I don't know what you mean by flash disk. I have a 64Gig Kingston data traveler.
I have checkes the domeins: swcdn.apple.com, swdownload.apple.com, swquery.apple.com, swscan.apple.com.
And add them to bypass. I was not able to connect to them in my safari browser.
Let's reboot and try again.
No luck. I do think that no files are downloaded for what reason I don't know. The server url's are added to the proxy.
Are you able to ping these URLs or trace route to them?
Ping to:
swcdn.apple.com, swdownload.apple.com, swquery.apple.com, swscan.apple.com.
First url ping worked.
Second one time-out
Third unknown host
Last one time-out

Wel, i have a corrupted version of windows. At the end i did manage to get win on my mac with a different version.
