2. Can you check if Apple.com does not have invalid entries in /etc/hosts and /private/etc/hosts?
3. Please also see and verify that you can get to these servers/URLs.

I have checkes the domeins: swcdn.apple.com, swdownload.apple.com, swquery.apple.com, swscan.apple.com.
And add them to bypass. I was not able to connect to them in my safari browser.
Let's reboot and try again.
