I am having problem submitting my photo album for purchase. I keep uploading to the Apple Store and it does not take. I have checked all of my purchase information (credit card, etc.) and all information if current. How can I purchase my album?

I had the correct country selected but did not have the button for my location flipped ON. I then ordered the album and the order went through. Thank you for directing me to the location where I could see this.
