I own a iphone6+ 64 gb. Why the capacity in the settings show 55gb. Is it same with all the phones?pls

Oh, sorry, I thought your post said "5" not "55". That sounds about right. My 24GB iPhone 4 has a capacity of 13.5GB and my 32GB iPhone 5s has a capacity of 26.7GB....
