Error message when uploading Book

i worked really hard on a book in aperture and when i try and upload it, i get 'error - please check billing info' -- of course i have checked the billing info and it's fine. it's some kind of bug as i have read when i searched it...

so my question is twofold ---

1. does anyone know a workaround to get the book to upload so i can buy it?

2. how can i salvage the book layout and migrate it into another program like iPhoto or photos?

the nice thing about the aperture books are the flexibility of the page layouts... upon a cursory glance it didn't even look like i could recreate my layouts even if i just did it manually...

it was for mother's day so sadly i missed the deadline... SO much work went into this so i would love to not start from scratch...
