Q: Why has my Apple ID been disabled???

I am on my 5th gen. iPod touch and when I go to download an app, a notification pops up saying my Apple ID has been disable. I don't lnow how this happened or what to do about it! Please help me.

i recived that message: "your ID apple has been disabled". Why? What I have do for resolve it?
