No sound mic not working incoming calls only

Hi all,

my first question on here so i hope you may be able to shed some light.

My apple watch is happy making calls, I can hear through the loudspeaker and the others can hear me From the mic on the Apple watch. However when I receive calls even after pressing answer on my watch the call happens through my iPhone. I have restored an rebooted unpaired and repaired. I can not see anything in settings to get it to work. No sound nor the mic works on my watch

Apple support are trying to help and I am waiting for a call back today.

Any ideas?

I get this same problem, generally after I've used my bluetooth headset with my phone during a prior call. I've found that by rebooting my phone and watch at the same time, it fixes the problem...at least, until I use my bluetooth headset with my phone again.

This of course isn't really a "fix" but maybe you could try restarting your watch and phone together and see if you get the same result.

at least I am not alone. Lol

sadly I have tried rebooting it and it still has the same problem.

about an hour ago. Apple support decided that they would send me out a replacement.

I guess I have the same problem. I am using a pebble smart watch and Bluetooth headset. I can listen music make calls. But when I answer a call with Bluetooth headset button I can not hear at all. Is there any solutions for this?
