Can anyone tell me how? I have photos hidden because I don't want my 8 year old to see them; however she is very proficient on an iPhone already. In the new Photos app, all hidden photos show up in an album conspicuously labeled "Hidden" and it is almost at the top of the screen when you open the app. Are you frickin kidding me Apple!!!!! Is there any way to move this album or to hide it altogether?

I believe as well as you do that there should be an option to really hide pictures in the photo app, password protected and truly hidden but in the meantime there's a way to do that with the Notes app, go to settings, then Notes, set up password and touch ID, go to photo app, select the pictures you want to hide, click the share icon, select add to Notes, go to the Notes app open the note with the pictures, click the share icon, select Lock Note and that's it, now you can only access your private pictures with touch ID or a password.
Thanks rojas. I have Dropbox; however, Photos does not allow me to move, hide or rename the album. I suppose I can always export those individual pictures and put them into Dropbox but the Photos app should allow me to keep them HIDDEN without advertising it.
I Understand what you mean. But I only use the hide/ hidden album feature to hide photos from photos>moments so I never accidentally delete any photos I actuallyneed. Any private photos or important photos I hide in apps that have password protection.

Perhaps you and I have different parenting styles Amish....she uses my phone to take pictures sometimes or to play games or music. I know, I am such a pushover. I just don't want her to inadvertently see a picture of her mommy in her bra and panties....jeeze.

I hear you....I am still puzzled by Apple's decision to plaster the "Hidden" album (with that name) front and center of your iPhone screen when you open the app. At least we should be able to move it or change its name.
