Apple states in https://developer.apple.com/in-app-purchase/ that a 30% commission apply for in-app purchases or app downloads.

I'd like to clarify some things.

1. Say i want to upload an application that's just an ipa "webview" wrapper (so its basically a web-based app). If i set a download price, does the transaction fee of 30% still apply?

2. If yes, say I incorporate a visa or paypal transaction inside the app (not for buying in-app products but mostly for depositing and withdrawing money regarding sports betting and slots gambling), does the transaction fee of 30% still apply for this "money" transactions?

Thanks in advance.

Before you go too much further, read sections 20.5 and 20.6 of the app review guidelines:

https://developer.apple.com/app-store/review/guidelines/#contests

20.5 Apps that offer real money gaming (e.g. sports betting, poker, casino games, horse racing) or lotteries must have necessary licensing and permissions in the locations where the App is used, must be restricted to those locations, and must be free on the App Store

20.6 Apps that use IAP to purchase credit or currency to use in conjunction with real money gaming will be rejected
