(Code 43) Error on Bluetooth Driver, Win 8.1 on Bootcamp

This may be similar to other Win 8.1 glitches on Bootcamp, but...

I CANNOT get bluetooth to run on Windows 8.1 via Bootcamp on my late 2014 15" MBP Retina. In the Device Manager, the Broadcom driver shows the yellow triangle with exclamation point, and "properties" shows the following message:

Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)

Is this just yet another problem with drivers Apple hasn't addressed? With hours of Googling, I've found a few Microsoft Hotfix's that pertain to this problem but are designed for Vista and Win 7. So is it a Microsoft problem after all?

Thanks!!!

MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2014), OS X Yosemite (10.10.3), Boot Camp with Win 8.1

The hotfixes didn't seem to activate at all.

When I download and unzip the hotfix, I get this message: Installer encountered an error 80096002 The certificate for the signer of this message is invalid or not found. And this is from Microsoft!!!!

In the meantime, I've tried reloading the Bootcamp software from USB as created on the Mac side with Bootcamp assistant, and all I get is:

Windows was unable to create an installation folder, error 80070005.

Reset NVRAM and SVC and now I've lost trackpad adjustments, although it still works.

Have I mentioned how much I dislike Windows? 😠
