May 8, 2015 7:57 AM in response to harleytimnby harleytimn,Here is some more information. I do get the alarm notification at the appropriate time. Once that happens, the appointment magically appears everywhere on the watch that its supposed to (watch face, glance, calendar app). These aren't last-minute meeting invites that haven't sync'd up yet. These were scheduled and accepted at least a day in advance. As far as I can tell, this may only happen with meeting invitations as opposed to appointments I add myself.

May 11, 2015 5:35 AM in response to harleytimnby hwaldhauser,I experience the same issues with Exchange meetings (usually meeting requests) - not only the first one in a day but random ones throughout the day. As reported by you, they then at some point show up "magically", often when the reminder comes up. I was in contact with the Apple Support Chat and they pointed me to Microsoft, as it is an "Exchange problem". Not very satisfying.
I was wondering if I could manually somehow "sync" the appointments, but nothing worked, also not restarting iPhone or Watch.
I tested it with iCloud appointments that I set-up myself and they immediately show up on the Watch.

Jun 30, 2015 9:30 PM in response to harleytimnby Mleepy,i found this post because i've run into this as well!! i've had my watch about 2 weeks and it's happened twice now. really annoying, both times it was for an 8am meeting and obviously i don't want to forget about it.
appointment is in my phone but not on the watch. it's from a work exchange account but since it appears fine on the iPhone i am not satisfied with the "blame Microsoft" excuse i hope apple fix this bug soon... how do i file a bug report? :/

Oct 13, 2015 7:51 AM in response to Mleepyby Scott Finlayson,My issue is similar yet different.
I **JUST** received my Apple Watch as a gift this past weekend, but in the four days I've been using this, I have been irritated by the "Calendar complication" on any watchface. What happens for me is; I only see the FIRST APPOINTMENT of each day. That's all it ever shows. Even though that appointment has ended hours ago and two others have since come-and-gone... when I raise my watch to see the time, my 7:30 am appointment is staring me in the face. I assume this is that same "Microsoft Outlook/Exchange" issue referred to above...? Very frustrating and not useful at all.
