we want to launch MacBooks in our enterprise and i want know, if i cann push with the profilemanager ( Os X Server ) application, which are not come from the apple store.
Yosemite OS x Server
Apps: Skype, Office for Mac 2016, Firefox, Chrome...

JAMF Casper Suite can do this, but also consider using Munki which is free. See https://www.munki.org/munki/
You can use Munki alongside Profile Manager.
If the app can be drag-installed (i.e., it doesn't require an installer), you can upload the app into the latest version of Profile Manager and push it to Macs running OS X 10.10 Yosemite or later. Click on the Apps item in the PM admin's sidebar and click either the "Add Enterprise App" or the "+" button (depending on if you already have any apps in PM or not) and select the .app from the /Applications folder.
can I push with the profilmanager apps which are not in Apple Store ( Skype, Office for Mac...)?
