I am receiving calls from blocked callers in my iPhone 6.
I wish to block call from everyone not in my Phone directory.
The user's manual says you can restrict calls from those not in your directory but it doesn't say how and I can't figure it out.

I have iPhone 6 with iOS 8.3. , and the option to allow calls from all your contacts only doesn't appear in Do Not Disturb
It does however appear on "messages", and also in the iPad Mini with iOS 8.3 and an iPad with iOS 8.3.

Here is what my "Allow Calls From" looks like. Note "All Contacts" at the bottom. This is an iPhone 6 with iOS 8.3:
You can use "Do Not Disturb" to allow calls from all your contacts (only).

Contact your carrier. The only way to block unknown or blocked caller ID calls is to use Do Not Disturb.

I can block them just fine, but this morning I got a phone call from a blocked number...It was blocked alright because when I went to block it said "you are sure you want to unblock this numbet?"
