delay in speech - 3-5 seconds on incoming calls

Hi

when I answer calls on my Apple Watch, it takes a few seconds to connect and then their is a 3-5 second delay on speech, it seems okay on outbound calls just not incoming calls.

I today visited the genius bar in Liverpool, they could see my issue when they called me, another staff member had an apple watch and they called her phone, and it was the same issue when she answered on her watch!

I cant find any posts online of others complaining about this issue, surely others must of noticed this!

I want to hear from someone at Apple about this.. I want a fix!

Im using: iPhone 6 Plus with iOS 8.3
