From your post I understand that since turning on Power Reserve on your Apple Watch, it will no longer power on. It looks like you might just need to charge your Apple Watch first, before being bale to turn it back on.
Turn off Power Reserve
To turn your device back on, press and hold the side button until you see the Apple logo and wait for your Apple Watch to restart. You might need to charge your Apple Watch first.

Have a good one,

May 16, 2015 1:22 AM in response to Lydcoby yas9in,This seems to be a problem some other users are having as well.
Have you tried:
-Plugging it in, maybe it's out of battery
-Pressing and holding the side button, it's not like the sleep button on your iPhone. you need to hold it for a good 4 seconds before it comes out of power reserve
-Pressing and holding the digital crown and side buttons for a good ten, then thirty seconds. this will do a hard reset.
if none of the above worked, you can either wait for it to run out of battery and reset itself (depending on your battery level this can take up to three weeks) or take it to your nearest apple store.
Good Luck
