Q: How do I download latest safari image

All Apple updates fail on my laptop when app store is used so I need to download dmg files.(local installation works)

Now this Safari update 8.0.6 does not have installation package. I keep getting warnings.

I am using 10.10.3 on MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Late 2012)

Questions:

1- How do I download latest safari image 8.0.6?

2- Is there a way to fix app store so the updates work? (I have root priv)
