On my windows pc when I click on contacts or calendar I get a new screen that usually opens the program at www.icloud.com Now I am getting a message that says this page can not be displayed....help, how do I get my icloud to work???

If I understand correctly you are unable to use any of the apps at www.icloud.com on your PC. I would recomend you use the following article to help troubleshoot issues with your browser on your PC:
