iphone 5c keeps vibrating

Hi,

my iphone 5c keeps continuously vibrating as if i'm getting numerous texts through for minutes on end. A lot of my apps are also crashing. The vibrating thing happened once a couple of days ago and it's already happened 3 times today. My emails also keep loading and redownloading, at first I thought this was the source of the crazed vibrating but i've since established this is not the case (on one occasion I had turned off notifications). I'm still under warranty, should I try to find a fix or take it back to the store? Anyone else had this problem? I've never encountered it before and no one else I know has either.

If anyone could help i'd really appreciate it

My 5s is doing the same thing. Started doing this 3 days after I updated to 8.3. Mail app is crashing, downloading mail again and again. When I go into messages it starts vibrating continuously. It will not send messages at times and I have not been receiving some.

I have tried rebooting, reseting, and now I going to try to go back to factory setting and reload everything. Frustrating, because I am three months out of warranty!
