How do I add text in one page that applies to all pages as well? (using Preview) PDF file!

Hi all,

I'm using preview and I was able to crop one page which also affected all pages after I selected all/highlights all pages in the PDF file. I tried to do the same with adding text in one page but it didn't show up in all pages. Is there any way to add text in one page that also will show up in all pages as well instead of adding the text to each page manually?

Sorry for the not-so-good English! 🙂

do you mean a "header" or a "footer"?

it depends on what application you are composing the text in when you write it.

e.g. Word for Windows

again, what application are you creating the text in?

Preview does not have the ability to do this.

I have this pdf file that I want add a text to all pages (about 400 pages). if preview doesn't have the ability to do so then can you recommend me something?
