Q: My iPad screen is so large I cannot enter password.  I have tried taping the screen two times with three fingers and sliding down screen with out lifting my fingers

I have a 4th generation IPAD.  It has the most recent update operating system.  Recently the screen enlarged when I was not signed in.  It is so large I cannot sign in to change settings.  I have tried to reset screen size by tapping with 3 fingers and sliding  fingers down screen.  What can I do?

    Greetings pamelacg,

It sounds as if you have Zoom enabled on your iPad. To turn Zoom off, press the Home button quickly three times. See this help page -

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities.

    Be well,

Brett , I really appreciate your prompt reply.  Regrettably, it did not help.  I wonder if my screen is not sensitive enough as I asked my husband to assist and neither method worked for him.

The good news is I connected my iPad to my MacBook Air and found where I could turn off the Zoom button.

So all is fine now.  Again , thank you.
