Q: People cannot hear me during phone calls

When I call, people cannot hear my voice.

I earlier replaced my headphone/charger jack for my iphone 5. The headphones work fine now, charger still works, but now this issue of people not being able to hear me. What could have caused this issue or what component of the replacement should I look at?

Hey mbuccheri,

Thanks for the question. If I understand correctly, people are having a hard time hearing you on a call. I would recommend that you read this article, it may be able to help the issue.
