about a suspecting iCloud support email

HI, all

I just got an email from iCloud support(address: sss@mini.websitewelcome.com), said my iCloud account is frozen and i need to reactivate my account, and it led me to the iCloud login website(http://visitkenly.org/Secure-Login/Info/852adc7812ad2e187281841d984a816a/) which is not the usual login website, and it asked me to provide my info over and over again including my credit card info, my home add and my social number.

any of you met this situation before? is the email and web address really from apple inc?

I just have concerns about the security of my personal info.

thank you
