Yes.. but only if you are running OS X 10.8 or newer... That's the minimum spec for it

Mac:

2 GHz Intel CPU

Mac OS X 10.8 or later

VST or AU host sequencer

32- or 64-bit

As you appear to be running 10.6.8 it will not likely work....

First, please don't create new threads that basically ask the same question..

I'll try and get your duplicate post removed....

So...

Explain exactly what happens when you try to install it using it's installer?

if it installs correctly but doesn't show up in Logic.. Have you checked Logic's Plugin Manager to see if it is listed there and if it is validated?

Did you restart Logic after installing it?

If it shows as validated in the Plugin Manager, then it should appear under the Insert FX button in a Channel Strip...

Then in this case, I suggest you contact Cableguys and ask for their assistance as the problem appears to be with their licensing system and not Logic Pro.....

Good luck!

Note: You did get your license file from your User Account on Cableguys website.. along with the Full Version (not the Demo Version) and then via the function in the Full version of their plugin, load in the license file yes?

Thank you for your response. It was helpful because thru your direction I did go to my Plugin Manager or Audio Units Manager ( actually I'm trying to install Volume Shaper in both Logic Pro 9 and Logic X, in this case Logic 9) where I found it listed and learned that it was successfully validated. But when I try use it in the Channel Strip I get a prompt that tells me I need to buy the "full " version if I want to use it on more than one track. But I have already purchased the full version and installed it. So, I returned to the Audio Units Manager and reset the Volume Shaper once again, closed out Logic 9 and went back to try using it again, only to find the same condition exists. It's behaving as thou it still in Demo mode.

Although Volume Shaper is listed and "successfully validated" ( several times ) in my Audio Units Manager, it still will not operate as intended.
