May 18, 2015 4:26 AM in response to rdiaz16by FelipeV,I did not ask WHEN it was unlocked but HOW it was unlocked. There is a big difference. Only the carrier that it is locked to can unlock it. If your brother hacked or jailbroke the phone to unlock it, that is the reason why it is probably giving you problems.

May 18, 2015 5:43 AM in response to FelipeVby rdiaz16,i dont know how. lol. i did jailbroke it before and removed the jailbreak after iOS 7 update. the reason the phone lost its signal is i accidentally dropped it on the stairs while going down, then after a few hours the phone says i cant receive any sms or make any calls phone restore might be required, then the battery went out and after i connected it to the charger it's stuck on reboot loop that's why i had to restore it.

May 19, 2015 4:23 AM in response to rdiaz16by FelipeV,Why didn't you say all of this at the start.? You would have avoided wasting your time and ours.
A previously jailbroken phone will most likely have problems for ever even if you "remove" the jailbreak. Plus you now say that the phone was dropped.
You damaged your phone, and now you expect a solution? You have a hardware problem caused by the jailbreak and subsequent accident. Take it to a third party shop to see if they can help you. No Apple authorized service provider is going to help you as you have jailbroken your phone.
Have a nice day.
