Recover photos deleted from PhotoStream on iPhone 4S?.

Does anyone know if i can recover photos i accidentally deleted from PhotoStream on my iPhone 4S?

I do have iCloud Photostream turned on, but the photos have dissapeared from my PC too.

iPhone 4S, iOS 8.2
