I need help

Hi I really need help . I went to purchase music like I normally do and a security question popped up like it always does but it was one that I didn't know. when I went and clicked on forget the answer it sent a reset email to some rescue email address that I have no idea what it would be. I need help figuring out how to change the rescue email address as soon as possible. I don't know what to do cause I'm being to get a little upset about it. All the apple website is doing is throwing me in cirlces. I REALLY NEED HELP PLEASE HELP ME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.😢

Read this about how to change the security questions: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5312

If you can't use these procedures because you don't have a rescue email address you will have to contact Apple. See http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5699

You can also call your country number from http://support.apple.com/kb/HE57 and ask to speak with Account Security.

You can also go to the ExpressLane at https://expresslane.apple.com and then iTunes > iTunes Store > Password and Security Questions and fill out the form.

Yes, it was very helpful because you wrote, "a security question popped up like it always does but it was one that I didn't know."

You will need to contact AppleID account security here

Good luck getting any more help with that attitude. Just because you can't read doesn't mean you have to be a snot and say something wasn't helpful, when in fact it was.
