This just started here recently but when I pull down from the top to open notifications, the drop down only comes about halfway down the screen and stops, not only that it is skewed to the right side of the screen instead of coming down dead center. Sometimes I can scroll around to read the notifications but most it's just frozen. i also cannot swipe back up to clear the screen I have to press the home button. Any ideas?

This happened to me tonight for the first time! So strange! I couldn't figure out if I somehow changed a setting or what so I just shut down and powered back up, and it corrected it! Have you tried that? Hope it helps you! Mine seems to be acting fine now!
I have the same problem but I'm on IOS 8.4.1. Your absolutely right, the only way to clear it is to hit the home button. I guess I can try a restart but I was hoping not too because that takes some time. I just did a check for updates and it says no updates are available. I really hope IOS 9 fixes some of the screen anomaly bugs on the 6+ like this one.
