How can I connect 2 DSL phone lines to modem with one RJ-11 (Telephone) jack?

My current modem has two DSL phone jacks for my two DSL phone lines. Can I connect two DSL lines to a Netgear D6200 WiFi Modem Router with one DSL RJ-ll telephone jack? Would a splitter work? Or do splitters only split incoming, but don't combine incoming? Is that called bonding? Any way to do that?
