My iPhone is not connecting to the hotmail servers.
My other email accounts work on it but all the hotmail one comes up with is "The connection to the server failed". Are other people experiencing the same issues?

It may help to remove and readd the affected account on your iPhone. If you're still unable to connect to the desired account, the article linked below details a number of additional troubleshooting steps.
- Tap Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars.
- Tap the affected email account.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Add your account again.

I have the exact same issue. I find I am still able to send and receive, often if I pull down the refresh, but I still get the annoying popup. I see this on my iPad and iPhone 6. IOS 8.3, latest patches.
I experience this on WIFI and 3/4G, and have tried a restore. As an aside, I have a maybe related issue where my internet connectivity drops when going from Wifi to cellular. I have to enable and disable flight mode to fix that.
Anyone else seeing this?
