My beats pill won't turn on or charge and I've checked the charger and it works. The problem seems to be with the device itself. I wonder if you could help. The beats pill is less than 1 year old.

Check the charging connector on the Pill and make sure there is no obstruction/dirt, etc. If that does not work you will need to get it serviced.

Mi beat pill xl no encendía lo abrí y pude darme cuenta que tampoco cargaba la batería después de varias horas revisando detecté dos transistores en mal estado, los compre a muy poco precio me dieron 14 por sólo 7 dólares y los cambié y listo. I am havein the same problem with my beats pill + white edition i plug it in sad it's chargeing and never passes one bar than when i turn it on it says it's dead i've left it chargeing for two weeks strait and no progress acheved to add on before the pill had this problem when you turn it on it would not make the booting sounds and the connecting sounds but still play music via bluetooth
