How do I change the settings on Voicemail?
iPhone 5s, iOS 8.3
Check: Settings - Do not Disturb = Off.

Thanks. Don't know how that got turned on. Will my phone still take voicemail messages?
You are welcome.
It will still take voice messages, but now you will hear the rings prior to it going to VM. Note, you can still send it to voicemail after it starts ringing by quickly tapping the On/Off button.
