In the Finder do Command-G.

Paste this :

/Applications/iWeb.app/Contents/Resources/Widgets/

Click Go.

Right-click file HTMLRegion.idwgt and choose "Show Package Contents"

Open file Info.plist is a plaintext editor. Or simple double-click the file and see which application opens it to edit.

Change the minimum width and height number at :

<key>MinimumWidgetHeight</key>

<key>MinimumWidgetWidth</key>

Save the file.
