Q: Music on my 5S cannot sync to iTunes playlist so I can download to my 6

I can see my music playlist from my 5S on iTunes but it shows under My Device and not on my general playlist. I cannot sync that music from my 5S to my 6. How do I do that? I have already tried the Home Sharing and cannot figure that out either.
