Purchased ringtones on iTunes, not working
purchased ringtone on itunes and and set it as a default for a contact but it doesn't play.

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. Based on what you stated, it sounds like you set a ringtone for one person and you dont hear that ringtone. I would recommend that you read this article, it may be able to help the issue.

Toggle the Ring/Silent switch on the side of your iPhone. You'll still hear audio playback in your music, podcasts, videos, and games.
