How to copy photos in App "Photos" to bring out to my own folder for easier manage, separate type go photos by my own?
Do you want to export photos to folders?
Select the photos and then use the menu item "File > Export >xxx versions"
You may want to use referenced files so that the original versions remain in your own folder(s) rather than being copied into the Photos Library. See https://help.apple.com/photos/mac/1.0/#/pht1ed9b966d for more about that.

The only drawback will be, that that photos with referenced originals cannot sync to iCloud Photo Library, and we cannot losslessly turn managed photos into referenced photos; it needs exporting and reimporting.
