Hi, sometimes I delete some apps from iPhone or iPad and when I connect them to iTunes it transfers them back to my mac while I want them to be only on my iOS device. How can I avoid that trivial transfer?

Not really.
If they are deleted on your iDevice, they cannot be transferred from iDevice to your Mac.
You are right. I've just realized that it's the opposite and I mistyped. When I delete apps I do not want to be on my mac while keeping them on iDevices, when I connect them to sync, they keep transferring those apps back.
I managed to stop that syncing just by letting iTunes sync everything and then delete it from my mac. Now it doesn't sync them back.
iOS sync keeps transferring stuff I don't want to be on my mac.
