iPhone 4s with ios 8.3 Subnet Mask 10.1.10.x connection issues...

My company recently changed the wireless subnet mask from 192.168.1.x to 10.1.10.x . when I try to use Wi-Fi, I get spotty results. Mostly can't connect messages?

I've never had a connection problem until this change. I've also tried my iPad Mini, and another worker who has an iPhone 6 is having the same problem.

There has never been any security password required for connection to this wireless network. It comes up as Linksys-N.

My iPhone and iPad work fine at home.

I have tried a Hard reset on both devices, and tried re-setting "Network setting's" under Settings>General>Reset on both devices without success.

other computers an I believe Android devices are working fine, just Apple devices having issues I Believe.

Is there an ios coming to help fix this issue?
