flipped images folder on desktop

Hello,
I need to know if anyone has ever had a
FLIPPED IMAGES FOLDER show up on their
desktop after downloading or copying a
picture (using the apple/shift/4 keys) off the
internet????
It has shown up about 3 times randomly over
a period of 6 months, esp. while downloading
or copying images from myspace profiles or
internet pages.
What happens is, the images will copy to a
FLIPPED IMAGES FOLDER and if I try to drag
them onto the desktop, they won't stay on the
desktop, but will pop up back on to the
FLIPPED IMAGES FOLDER, in otherwords they just
go right back into the folder. But I can open them
up to view and make a print of it; I just cannot get
them out of that folder.
I was able to rename them as a JPEG, and drag
the image to otherfolders and it will save. But
it won't stay on the desktop.
I just also experienced something bizarre....
I tried to open other images I had saved onto
my desktop and in their own folders, and when I do,
they will remove themselves and save themselves into
a FLIPPED IMAGES FOLDER. (the folder will appear on
its own and save the photos in it)
I am really frustrated becasue now when i open any
photos, the photos will automatically save to a
FLIPPED IMAGES FOLDER...

Does anyone have this problem????

Please let me know.. I already asked the tech. support for
apple and the technician said he never heard of this ever before
and to post this on the discussion board.
