Merge back Unaloccated Disk to SSD?

Ok.. few hours ago i tried to bootcamp Windows 8.1 and set the size of the partition to be 40GB

Long story short when i was installing windows the bootcamp section wasn't supported so i formated it,

leaving me with an unallocated disk around!

Tried to get it back from Disk Ultility but no arrow came up.

Also tried to save it as a new partition but whenever i hit "Apply" and exit DU, nothing happens!

Tried to Remove ( - ) "nvoniatis" partition which is the OS X one, but it comes up as a "null" command!

By the way, Disk Drill is able to recognise it but it specifies it as unallocated!

Running on:

OSX Yosemite 10.10.3

MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Mid 2014)

2.6 GHz Intel Core i5

8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3

Intel Iris 1536 MB

C0*******3QJ

Startup Disk: nvoniatis

Ps. I've found this solution from a similar situation but i have never used FileVault again so i don't know if it's gonna work or not =/

My Mac is running great right now but these 40GB will be needed for sure!

Help guys :/
