Public Website
Hi All,
"Public Website" option sates that it allows anyone to view shared album on iCloud.com. Does 'anyone' mean the people I specify in the "To:" box or actually anyone anyone?

It means anyone.

Yes. If you enable Public Website in the settings for your shared album, your photos will be published to a website that anyone can view in an up-to-date web browser.
