The Adobe flash player that keeps popping on your Apple computer is a "VIRUS". What I learn from my one to one session is go directly to Adobe.com and look for the flash player which is on the bottom of the screen next to Adobe Reader and just tap on it then it will download it for you on your download folder next to your application folder on the dock close to your trash can. On newer Mac the newer version of the flash player is in the application folder. Also, if you downloaded the Adobe flash player which keeps popping up on your screen then it's a virus and you have to call a number which in turn take control of your Apple computer to fix it then that person will put a spyware inside the system and can watch every key stroke you make.
DO NOT install that flash player that keeps popping up on your screen it's a "VIRUS" and always go to Adobe.com and look for flash player on the bottom of the screen. I read that they were millions of Mac user all over the world who downloaded that Adobe flash player now has been infected.
Also, if you have Apple Care ask one tech if he or she can download a free version of Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and if you don't have Apple Care then you can pay less then $5.00 for a problem on you computer and Apple Care will fix it for you at that cost. I had Apple installed that free Malwarebytes Anti-Malware for free and if you want a business version of it then you have to pay for it. Every 6 months I check for Malwarebytes and once I had it on my computer and then it fixed the problem by getting rid of that Malwarebytes. There is many Malware version that you can download for free, but beware of it and use caution always.
It happen in the MicroSoft or Windows computer which happen many many years ago and now its Mac computer turn. Also that little hole in the center of your monitor is a camera for video chat and that needs to put a thick tape over it blocking that camera hole and if not they can see what you are doing without you knowing sorta like a spy cam.
