After reviewing your post, it sounds like iTunes will not launch in Windows. It looks like you have already done some troubleshooting. I would recommend that you read this article, it may be able to help the issue.

May 13, 2015 12:37 AM in response to declan.ryanby cjsporl,With any Operating System that is in its beta stages the operating system will still have many bugs that can cause programs to crash. On the other hand you will have programs that are not yet designed for the operating system which can cause the same thing. Frankly I don't think this is an issue that you cant fix from my perspective. If you plan on using windows 10 till it is released my best suggesting is to either partition your hard drive and install something alongs of Windows 8 or 7 on half of your hard drive or run a virtual machine. I can't guarantee that the virtual machine will work properly because you are using a operating yet to be supported.
