Message failed to deliver (to multiple recipients) as SMS

Dear Customer Officer,

I am unable to send SMS to multiple recipients from mylatest iOS 8.3 iphone 5s. Whenever I try to send it says "message failed to deliver".

iPhone 5s, iOS 8.3

After reviewing your post, it sounds like the iPhone is not able to send SMS messages to multiple contacts. I would recommend that you read this article, it may be able to help the issue.

under message option, I do not see any option as "group message" as it is shown in the snapshot on the link you share in above message.
