How do I remove duplicate titles from my iTunes?

I just downloaded and ran Gemini. It did a decent job of removing a few gigs worth of songs, yet I still have a double for every song title in my library. I think it means that I have one file and two titles linking to it from my iTunes. How do I remove the duplicate titles without having to manually remove all 180 gigs worth of songs one at a time?

OS X Yosemite

3.2 GHz Intel Core i5

32 GB 1600MHz DDR3

Thanks Jeff, but I had already read this article before I posted the advice. It is way too labor intensive for what I'd like to do. Is there a way to either remove all the duplicates, or refresh my iTunes so that it only reads the songs that are on my drive? Maybe if there was a way to refresh iTunes, I would be able to remove how it's listing all of the songs twice.
