Hi,

How do I convert my MP3 (audiobook) to Podcast. I have an iPod Touch 8.3 version

Import the media into your iTunes library. It should now go to the Music library. The right click on the item and select Get Info. Go to the Options tab and by Media Kind change it to Podcast. It should then automatically move to the Podcast Library
