I just finished a 66 page book of photos and text. When I went to "buy book" I got the message "your book appears to have default text that has not been edited. Printed books will not include this text. do you want to continue?" We went back through the book and there are not triangles to indicate a printing problem. What is the problem?

that is a warning that someplace you have a text block with no text in it - you can go ahead and purchase - be sure to preview careful before ordering - iPhoto, Aperture: Previewing an order in iPhoto or Aperture - Apple Support

Either do as Larry suggested or examine all the text boxes in the book for those that have no text but only the default text. Put a space in those text boxes and you'll avoid the message.
